
Project Manager – Retail Software
Multidev Technologies is the developer of ChainDrive™, a leading, fully-integrated retail management system. We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Project Manager for a permanent opportunity within the Professional Services Team.
Responsibilities
- Project leadership and management
- Business requirement analysis
- Preparation of project estimates and schedules
- Team leadership and managemen
- Assistance with special projects and other tasks, as required
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of retail business processes and rules
- A minimum of 3 years related or complimentary project management experience.
- PMP certification (Project Management Professional an asset)
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, time constraints and deadlines.
- A mature and professional attitude toward customers
- Aptitude to set up and implement customer informational and/or training programs or presentations.
- Ability to negotiate and manage conflict and risk
