Project Manager – Retail Software

Multidev Technologies is the developer of ChainDrive™, a leading, fully-integrated retail management system. We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated Project Manager for a permanent opportunity within the Professional Services Team.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership and management
• Business requirement analysis
• Preparation of project estimates and schedules
• Team leadership and managemen
• Assistance with special projects and other tasks, as required

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of retail business processes and rules
• A minimum of 3 years related or complimentary project management experience.
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional an asset)
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, time constraints and deadlines.
• A mature and professional attitude toward customers
• Aptitude to set up and implement customer informational and/or training programs or presentations.
• Ability to negotiate and manage conflict and risk
